Refund policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

How refunds and cancelling work for Uptime Dog's paid plans (Essentials, Pro and Business).

Paid plans

  • Your first payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, monthly or yearly, we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first payment only, not to renewals or upgrades.
  • After that: you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a month or year.
  • Changing plan: upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Paddle, so you pay only the difference for the rest of the period, or get a credit.
  • SMS and call credits are part of the plan and aren't refundable or carried over.

How to ask

Email uptimedog@makingstuffs.com from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
